Black and white outline drawing of an intra-oral scanner.

A digital or analog impression is sent to our lab for prep.

Black and white outline drawing of a 3d printer's platform with a 3d print still on the platform.

The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.

A dental model is placed under a thermal forming machine and along with a plastic disc. With heat, the disc gets formed over the appliance making your retainer. The result is then trimmed to the desired shape.

Black and white outline drawing of a buffing wheel next to a shiny black and white outline drawing of a completed hawley retainer.

Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.

Black and white outline drawing of a package with wind lines depicting the package being delivered quickly.

The completed appliance goes through rigorous checks and is then sent out through a courier service or, if you're a local southern Californian, Roque will personally deliver it to you,

Our turn-around time for removable retainers is 5 to 7 business days.

We take this time to craft your appliance with the precision, quality, and care that you deserve.

Let's make smiles together.

Brush gently all over your retainer and rinse the retainer with warm water.

TIPS FOR CLEANING YOUR RETAINER:
Always wash with warm water and never hot water.
High heat will deform the retainer.
Do not scrub the retainer with tooth paste as it will damage the retainer.
Do not place in dish washer.
Do not place retainer in pocket or in tissue paper as this will likely result in the retainer being broken or lost.
