The unique 3-Way Expander features three independently expanding sections in one housing — for transverse as well as sagittal anterior development. Each section can be independently activated. When an equal amount of lateral development is desired, turn the two lateral sections at the same time. If a differential amount of lateral development is needed, by turning one of the lateral sections, the rest of the appliance will act as an anchorage unit — making unilateral movement possible. This is an excellent appliance when the size of the palate is large enough to handle the dimension of the screw. Due to its considerable bulk, however, it is not suited for narrow palates or younger patients.

A digital or analog impression is sent to our lab for prep.
The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.
Wire bending technicians will carefully bend and contour the wire around the dental model and then our acrylic techs will pour monomer and polymer on top to form the acrylic.
Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.
The completed appliance goes through rigorous checks and is then sent out through a courier service or, if you're a local southern Californian, Roque will personally deliver it to you,
Our turn-around time for removable retainers is 5 to 7 business days.
We take this time to craft your appliance with the precision, quality, and care that you deserve.
Let's make smiles together.
