A digital or analog impression is sent to our lab for prep.

The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.

A technician will trim and bend the wire for the lingual retainer according to spec. A punk putty guide will then be formed over the lingual retainer.

Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.
