Used for the expansion of the upper and lower teeth. Unlike the RPE, it does not expand the whole upper arch, but instead widens only the teeth in the arch form. The W-Arch is bonded to the permanent upper molars. It is activated prior to placement and will expand at a gradual rate. It has two arms that extend to the cuspids.

The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.
A technician precisely joins the expander components by fusing the metal parts together with a focused laser to create a strong, accurate bond.
Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.
The completed appliance goes through rigorous checks and is then sent out through a courier service or, if you're a local southern Californian, Roque will personally deliver it to you,
