Distal Jet - Unilateral

The Unilateral Distal Jet is a fixed lingual appliance, anchored by a Nance-type acrylic button, specifically designed to apply a controlled, constant distalizing (backward) force to the molar on one side of the arch. It uses a compressed nickel-titanium coil spring and a tube-and-piston system to achieve molar movement, primarily used for correcting Class II subdivision malocclusions.
