The Distal Jet Appliance is a fixed molar distalizer used to create space or correct Class II malocclusions. It is anchored to the palate with a Nance-type acrylic button and uses a compressed super-elastic coil spring to apply a constant, gentle, distalizing (backward) force to the molars. A locking mechanism allows the orthodontist to activate the appliance by setting the spring's compression.

A digital or analog impression is sent to our lab for prep.
The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.
A technician working on your fixed orthodontic appliance forms frameworks and metal components which are then all joined together using a laser welder for precision and durability.
Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.
The completed appliance goes through rigorous checks and is then sent out through a courier service or, if you're a local southern Californian, Roque will personally deliver it to you,
Our turn-around time for removable retainers is 5 to 7 business days.
We take this time to craft your appliance with the precision, quality, and care that you deserve.
Let's make smiles together.
